Scope

These terms apply to orders placed on monsterinkstudio.com with Monster Ink Studio, Mattengasse 29, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland. We ship to Switzerland and the European Union.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT of 8.1% where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe (major cards and supported wallets). The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Shipping & customs

Orders are dispatched from Zürich. Deliveries to the EU are exports from Switzerland: depending on your country, import VAT, customs duties or carrier fees may be charged on delivery and are borne by the customer. In-store pickup at the studio is free.

Withdrawal & returns

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise it, email info@monsterinkstudio.com within the period and return the goods unused and in their original condition; return shipping is at your cost. This right does not apply to commissioned or personalised artworks. For Swiss customers we offer the same 14-day goodwill return policy.

Limited editions & artwork

Artwork and prints may be limited editions; the edition size shown on the product page is binding. Minor colour variations from screen rendering are not defects. All artwork remains protected by copyright; purchase of a piece does not transfer reproduction rights.

Tattoo bookings

Booking requests submitted through the website are non-binding inquiries. An appointment exists only once the studio confirms it by email, together with any deposit conditions communicated at that point. Tattoo services themselves are provided under a separate in-studio agreement and consent form.

Warranty & liability

Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for slight negligence or for indirect damage. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, mandatory consumer venues remain reserved.
